Path Leading to Sea offers a nostalgic take on Beyoğlu from the lens of Ara Güler with so far unpublished photos alongside some of the iconic ones, curated by Ara Güler Archives and Research Center. The exhibition includes scenes from Tophane, Karaköy, Galata, Galata Mevlevi Lodge, Galata Tower, Tünel, Istiklal Avenue, Galatasaray, Taksim Square and the environs.

Also featuring at the exhibition is a 17 minutes documentary Kahramanın Sonu, written and produced in the early 1970’s by Ara Güler on the scrapping of the battlecruiser TCG Yavuz.

Path Leading to Sea may be visited until the end of January 31st.
