Açık Büfe Pop-Up Market will take over Galataport Istanbul’s Doğuş Square as an open discovery space bringing together local producers, independent brands, and creative ideas. Across July 10-11-12, a curated selection of makers spanning different scales of production will create an ongoing field of discovery and encounter throughout the day. 

Visitors will be invited to meet participating brands, experience products firsthand, and move freely between different selections. The open format will shape a continuously evolving flow, ensuring that each visit creates a new layer of discovery. 

Food and beverage stops placed throughout the area will extend the experience across different moments of the day, while DJ performances later on (featuring house, deep, and funk selections) will keep the rhythm alive and transform the pop-up into a continuous atmosphere of sound and energy.
