This series, in collaboration with Cihangir Yoga—one of Istanbul's most prestigious yoga studios known for its philosophy of "Yoga for Everyone"—kicks off on Sunday, June 2nd with a class by instructor Onur Aksoy.
Yoga consists of various practices such as physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation (dhyana). Asanas work various parts of the body, strengthening muscles, increasing flexibility, and improving posture.
