In collaboration with Easy Point, Galataport Istanbul has launched a groundbreaking service for the first time in Türkiye, enhancing the shopping experience. With the Bags-Free, you can have your shopping bags from participating stores collected and delivered to a designated point via the Galataport Istanbul mobile app, allowing you to pick them up from the same location. This way, you can enjoy stress-free shopping in the streets of Galataport Istanbul, right by the Bosphorus, without the burden of carrying bags.

You can now stroll and shop comfortably with the stunning views of the Bosphorus, without having to carry your shopping bags.

How to Use Bags-Free?

Imagine you’ve arrived at Galataport Istanbul, done some shopping, and now want to enjoy a meal or a coffee by the Bosphorus. This is where Bags-Free comes in. Follow these steps to easily hand over your shopping bags to Easy Point from participating stores:

1. After shopping, open the Galataport Istanbul mobile app, click on the Bags-Free icon at the top right corner, and create a request on the page that opens.

2. Fill out the form that appears to specify the number of shopping bags.

3. Confirm the number of bags reported by the cashier.

4. An Easy Point staff member will collect the specified number of bags from the stores and transport them to the Easy Point location at the D Block Terminal Entrance.

5. Track your bags and the entire process through the mobile app.

6. At the end of the day, when you’re ready to go home or back to your accommodation, visit the Easy Point location. Pay the service fee of 5 Euros per bag in cash or by credit card, and collect your bags.
