Welcoming spring, the "Yoga on the Pier" series in collaboration with Cihangir Yoga returns to the Galataport Istanbul promenade.
On May 16th, guided by Yoga Instructor Kaan Sarman, you are invited to celebrate the season and gift yourself a peaceful start to the day in the early hours of the morning.

What You Need to Know About Yoga on the Pier
• Yoga on the Pier is suitable for all levels—from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. • Yoga helps improve flexibility, calm the mind, and enhance overall well-being. Participants at every level will benefit from this session.
• The practice will include foundational yoga poses, along with a short breathwork and meditation segment, offering space for relaxation and inner connection.
• Participants are required to bring their own mats.
